If I'm not getting fit to enjoy life more, then what is all this work for? I haven't cut out beer or wine. I love a good porter or stout. I fit them in just like everything else. I like the 80/20 guideline. They are for sure in my 20.

Why are you going to the gym? You don't need to lose weight! It irritates me so much! I go to the gym to be strong and stay healthy. I lose weight because I remember how hard it was to lose 30 lbs and prefer to lose the extra 5 I put on before it turns into an extra 30 lbs.

I seem to irritate people when they ask if I'm on a diet and I tell them that by definition 'diet' is whatever you eat. I also don't 'diet', I eat to fuel my body. I hate when I turn down sweets (like a large slice of cake) and someone has to pipe up with 'oh, are you on a diet?' No, I just prefer to eat clean as possible…

Just thinking about this with my C25K app. I think it's double dipping in MFP. Does any one know if it doubles up on the fitbit? The running app talks to fitbit and the activity is logged when I wear my fitbit. Does Fitbit double the activity or knows that the running app is telling it something it already knows?
