If i eat porridge(about 50 grams) with some berries for breakfast I feel much more full than if I eat anything else, although its pretty low on protein so you might wanna throw in a couple of eggs on the side or something.

You gotta make the choice, whether you wanna make a real difference to your life or whether you wanna just keep complaining about the crap food youre choosing to eat, switch to healthy snacks like a few carrots and you can eat until youre stuffed.

I like to put it in a preheated roasting dish with coconut oil. Then whatever herbs/spices/veg i feel like and cover it in tinfoil, that way the turkey stays nice and moist and full of flavour and of course its all good healthy food

I dont know how you plan on not being hungry if thats what youre eating after a workout. If youre gonna work out you need to eat right and fuel your body properly. Youre always gonna crash and relapse and eat all the tasty bad stuff if youre killing yourself in the gym and then not looking after your nutrition properly…

If you click My Home -> Goals, then it will show you the Carb, Protein and Fat % breakdown of your daily calorie intake. Myfitnesspal sets recommended figures and I think the default Protein % is 30%, so about 517 of your daily calories should be protein.
