Hey guys. I'm 5'8, 158 right now. Pushing 50 years old. My goal is to get down to 130-135 but that may change as I start to lose. I don't want to look anorexic, but I'd love to fit comfortably into a size 8.

Oh - exercise. So right now I'm doing boot camp 3 days a week. Training for the Disney Princess Glass Slipper Challenge in February so I run (well....mostly walk fast) 3-4 days a week. 3 miles on T/Th, then 6 on Sat and this week 12.5 on Sunday. I'm 48. I started an exercise program and gained 10 pounds! People keep telling me it's muscle but my jeans tell me not so much. I try not to eat the extra calories, but I'm training for a marathon so on my long run days where I run for 4 hours, I usually eat about 500 calories more. Otherwise, I try to stick to my regular calories.
