I excerise everyday.. What type of excerise I should do? I do a lot of cardio like treadmill, stairmaster, and elliptical and leg day lol

I am trying to lose weight, I count my calories, drink water, and excerise everyday. But I only lost 6 pounds so far and it's been a month :/
