why are you taking the more sedating dose in the morning? You'd probably find you function much better and need less caffiene if you take the 500mg in the morning and the 100mg at night.

I make a protein smoothie for breakfast in the morning, drink about half of it, go to the gym, drink what's left of my milk 2 go sport straight after (I use a 1/2 cup of it in the smoothie), and then when I get back home I have the rest of the smoothie and then a protein bar a bit later, between breakfast and lunch. why?…

I do stronglifts slightly modified and with decent rests between sets it takes me about an hour.

I don't have weekends because I don't work but I love going on hikes or even just long walks. I also enjoy my lifting sessions at the gym.

my boyfriend sleeps in way later than I do so mornings are my me time. even when I go to the gym I still have a few more hours to myself after I get home before he gets up. it's kind of glorious. I just chill out on my computer with my music playing. if I need additional me time because we're not getting along or something…

I just get up and go to the gym first thing in the morning, so there's no time for anything to happen to put me in a bad mood and demotivate me. it works for me lol.

I was skinny fat back in January and beyond. I lost 30 pounds and started lifting heavy. no longer skinny fat. (I currently weigh 110 at 5'3)

feel so down today. even all through my workout this morning I was just feeling doomly and wanting to be finished. usually my workouts put me in a good mood but not today. I wish I didn't have to watch the kid today while my boyfriend goes to an appointment because I really want to just lay in bed all day.

I just put my hair up and wash my body after workouts. once a week I have a shower or bath at home and wetwash my hair. over the week once it starts to get greasy I just put dry shampoo in it.
