Hey guys! Just also wanted to mention, you should do squats on a daily basis to burn belly fat and lose inches off your waist. On average, many people start of with 50 but then gradually do more. Then, they start to do it two or more times a day. Looking forward to trying it!

I would like to join too! So far, I have been on the app for nine solid days and I have lost 7 lbs. I weigh 155 and am 5'5. I am looking to weigh 118 in the near future. I have changed my calorie intake to 1,100 a day and I drink 16 cups of water a day. I am consistently active on a daily basis. Hoping to lose!
