Yes, under cardio...you can find strength training. Calories are not accurate I think, but it's close

I live in canada and here are the different types of fish I have in Meal plan: salmon, cod, halibut, tuna and tilapia. I find steaming or bbq fish is lower in calories because no oil is needed

Congrats on finally seeing results! I also went below MFP's recommended daily calorie intake by 200. Everyone is different , so you might need to adjust mfp macros.
