I usually have one cheat day a week, even before using mfp. Now with mfp, I look at my macros for the week on mfp and see how much I can eat or what I eat.

Most of my friends are fit, but I find people on fit apps give me more motivation. There are some dedicated people on mfp!

For maintaining weight, your daily protein should be 1 Gram per Lb weight. .5 Gram per Lb weight, if you are trying to lose weight. Also depends how active you are.

Hi, I have torn my Achilles before playing basketball on hardcourt surface. Try warming up your Achilles with body weight standing foot raises. If you have a theraband, you can do home Achilles stretches. Hope it helps!

Lucie - I see that you live in england, so is that winter there now? In North america, there is something called "Seasonal Affective disorder (SAD)". Not enough sun light during winter months. Try taking Vitamin D supplements...
