LOVE IT!! Did Drench this morning and it lived up to its name. I had to put my knees down several times (that beast sequence is ridiculous) and went into childs pose once or twice. Again my tempo was not great at the end but I did those flips and all. Will take a post workout sweat shot next time!

When I first started PiYo my wrist was killing me! Its funny because she even mentions it in one of the workouts and says it will improve. Its tough on the hands and wrists but it has gotten better. I also modify every Tricep pushup she does. I am just not at the place to be able to do regular tricep pushups especially…

THIS IS SUCH A GREAT IDEA @KrystinaMTL !! Thank you for setting this up! I am ready to PIYO my butt into shape with you ladies! I did strength intervals today and haven't done this one too often so it was a workout. This is the only workout I see in the set that has any kind of jumping. They specifically advertise no…

My cousin Memorial12 just requested to join the page but cannot seem to enter the Registrations feed to continue her sign up. Does she have to wait until she is accepted into the group?

I lost 55 pounds last year and had lost my motivation in recent months. It wasn't until Monday of last week that I read some updates from an MFP friend who had been on the same journey with me last year and had also lost 50 pounds. She had gained back 21 pounds and was back on the program but she was invigorated and…

I lost 55 pounds last year using MFP and am back actively logging once again after gaining 10 pounds back. I hadn't strayed too far but I wasn't doing very well at maintaining my weight loss. I am back and want to lose another 25 pounds. Let's be friends and do it together!

I am also getting back on track after falling off the horse and need some new friends for motivation! I lost 55 pounds last year and have gained back 10. I would like to lose another 20 this year. We can do this!!

Good luck to you! You can do it. Keep pushing!

Don't give up. It's not easy to say no to food when it's been a dear friend for so long but you can redefine your relationship with it. In January of this year I decided I would no longer stay unhappy in my skin (I was 219) and something just clicked. I made a few changes that I feel were key for me including prepping my…

I have been on MFP for 235 days and have lost 55 pounds. I started at 220 and am now 164 and am feeling great. Having supportive and motivated friends on MFP has been a godsend and has really helped keep me pushing. My sister has PCOS and I know it makes it really hard for her to lose weight so I feel for you. I am sure…

I feel for you. I know it is frustrating to work so hard and not get the result you want on the scale but don't give up. I have been actively working on changing my lifestyle for 8 months now and have lost over 55 pounds. I was also "obese" at 220 pounds and am now currently 164 and less than 10 pounds away from being…

Congrats on your weight loss! I have lost 49 pounds in the last 6 months using MFP and am still looking to go further. Having supportive MFP pals has gotten me through some difficult times and I find the good ones are invaluable. Let's be friends!

Motivation from my MFP friends has really helped me keep pushing. 42 pounds so far! Send you a request.

I have been on my weight loss journey (again) for 171 days and have made good progress (39 pounds!) but I sometimes I get into a "funk" also. This path we are walking (sometimes running..) is a hard one and it can slowly wear away at our motivation. I don't know how much you have lost in your 2 1/2 years but I am sure you…

You look great! I started at 219, 117 days ago and am happily down to 179. My current goal weight is 165 but I may try for another 10 pounds once I am there. As you know, it's a long hard journey but it is so worth it. Keep pushing! You are doing great!!

Let's be friends! I started my journey 117 days ago and have lost 39 pounds! Having people who support and motivate me has been essential and I believe in doing the same for them. We can do it together!

I started at 219 and am currently 179. I noticed a thinning in my face about 15 pounds down and now that I am around 40 pounds down I am feeling and looking great. Not done loosing but definitely am enjoying the fruits of my labor!

Let's be friends! I started 117 days ago and have lost 39.6 pounds! I think having MFP friends supporting and motivating you makes all the difference. Your target IS possible, don't forget that.

When I started using MFP about 7 weeks ago I had a plan to lose 50 pounds, a new Fitbit and a new determination to make it happen (again). I found the MFP community and added several friends, started drinking 64 oz of water a day and worked out 4 days a week. I think the support of others going through the same thing as me…

Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. I believe it really makes a difference with weight loss.

I am a 40 year old married mother of two (a teenager and a toddler) and I have been on MFP for over a month. It has helped me go from 219 to 203 and it has shown me how important it is to stay connected with others who are going through the same thing you are. I think it's a game changer. I still have 40+ pounds to lose…

Hi @NinivethMV ! I am a Puertorican living in the Bronx with goals that resemble yours. I will friend you!

The community here has been a game changer for me. Staying connected with other people going through what I am helps support, motivate and keep me accountable. Seeing everyone's hard work everyday helps keep me doing my best to stay on track. I also think we all should set goals each day and even if we can't achieve a goal…

I also am 40 with 2 great kids and a wonderful husband and I also felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I started MFP about 2 weeks ago and it has helped me stay accountable and Encouraged. When I have dieted and lost weight before I have never had the added help and support from a community of people experiencing things and…
