Oh sorry I didn't introduce myself. I am Rhonda and I currently weigh 242. I am down 13 pounds by limiting sugar as much as possible and at least 150 minutes of elliptical a week.

I made the mistake of eating a piece of pie today in the office from Village inn and then entering it. I was shocked! Watch out for Lemon Pie Supreme. It has supreme calories per slice! The office is a challenge. Last week we had two chocolate cakes, however I was strong and said no thank you each time a slice was offered

Hi I am new to this part of myfitness pal. I would like to lose 100 pounds. * Starting weight 255 * Current Weight 242 * 4 month goal 199 * Long term Goal 155 * Exercise goal: at least 150 minutes a week of elliptical. Right now I don't use resistance and the angle or climb is the lowest it can go at 10%
