  • This is interesting,my breasts always got bigger when I gained weight but never got smaller when I lost the weight...after a few pregnancies and pumping for 9 months they definitely not the same...they are humongous.....humongous. I’m getting a breast reduction surgery and a lift as soon as I lose a bit of weight.
  • I don’t feel the need,I talked to my doctor and he said prescribed them,I just started taking them.
  • Of course,my doctor prescribed them.
  • A bit of an update,17 days of dieting and I lost almost 2kg/4lbs,I started taking some pills to help me eliminate water retention.A slow process but I’m going in the right direction.
  • I will ask my doctor about it,he did ask me if I get swollen feet when I went to see him but i wasn’t .
  • Thank you.I make sure to log everything,I don’t use much condiments besides a bit of paprika and all spice and if I have to cook something I use a tiny bit of olive oil. Even if I was off on my calories it couldn’t be by much and I would still see a loss of at least 500 gt or something. I double check my calories online…
  • I found out on the app,the food I made was only ground turkey with onions,carrots and peas and I’m sure the calories I ate were less than what I added that is why I didn’t payed much attention to what I added,initially I used the cup measurement because I couldn’t find it in grams,I had like 160grams of that.

  • I always weigh myself in the morning after using the bathroom and measure the food cooked. I think I’m doing the right things.
