First thing in the morning and every time you have a meal have a glass of water, that's already 4 glasses in the day (assuming you have 3 meals ofc). Fill a reusable bottle and keep it in front of you all the time, every time you look at the bottle or hear/read the word water take a little sip, having it in front of you…

I lost 25kg last year without putting any effort in, if I'd been giving it 100% all year I think I could have lost 40 (maybe 45 at a real push... MAYBE) but 60+ is never going to happen. You'd be very surprised how much of a visual difference even 10kg makes though.

It works for some people, helps them not to binge during the week and gives them something to look forward to but I think it kind of defeats the purpose tbh. If it was once every couple of months then I'd totally get it but once a week seems like a cop out to me.

I weigh myself anywhere from 5 to 10 times a day, I'm completely obsessed, if I'm in a room with a scale then I weigh myself. I only count it, or update it here, once a week though, the rest are just obsessive habit.

Unless it's for a medical reason don't worry about it, it won't affect your weight loss so long as your calories are where you want them.

If you've really got a cal deficit of 500-700 a day (make totally sure you're counting EVERYTHING and logging it all correctly, it's really easy to forget little things like oil or milk in tea for example, or to measure your food wrong and log the calories wrong as a consequence) then you will lose weight, sometimes it…
