Hi Jenna and Kate. I'm Valarie and I'm new to this, I need to loose 75 lbs, Seems like such a big number and soooo far to go but I guess if I just concentrate on 1 lb at a time pretty soon the numbers will get smaller and smaller. I would like to join your mutual support group.
