  • I'd also suggest bumping up your calories. I've always had an easier time loosing eating more than 1500 cals. If you're not feeling satisfied the simple answer is you're not getting enough.
  • Is the PCOS related to the binge eating? That is something I never considered before.
  • Thank you everyone for your comments and support. I did enter therapy last year and went through CBT. I couldn't afford to continue with the therapy but it has helped. I'm hopin that by logging once again I will be able to get back on track. P.S. I do have the neck diet solution. Maybe I should pick it up again.

  • The first thing people get wrong about Shakeo is they think it's a protein shake when in fact it's meant to be a health shake. I drink it everyday. My favourite way to prepare it is with unsweetened almond milk and a frozen banana blended until smooth.
  • Ghee is clarified butter. Meaning all of the milk sida have been removed and it's pure fat. It has a more intense butter flavour and I love it. It's also pretty simple to make your own. I use it the same way I would butter. I'm avoiding dairy and that's why I use it.
