I don't understand the Nando's hype, but I would just order whatever you want and exercise portion control. Nando's has its nutrition information posted on its website FYI: https://nandosperiperi.com/eat/menu

Use body glide.

It's really easy to make your own! You basically just add the ingredients and let it sit on your counter for a few weeks, and then bottle it once it tastes ready. The first batch takes the longest to make. It's so much cheaper to make your own. The only items you need to regularly buy to make it are tea bags, sugar, and…

But wines are grapes! :)

Muffins are basically cake without frosting. I'm not sure why anyone would think a chocolate chip muffin was low calorie or that certain stores only sell "healthy" or low calorie foods especially when they have a bakery department and cookie aisles.

Strength training.

No. Why would I eat foods I don’t like?

Lululemon. Zella if you want cheaper.

I hope you like it! If you do like it, it’s super easy and incredibly cheap to brew your own.

Use milk or drink it black

Call up your doctor and make an appointment.

The ones that fit you well are the best. Go to your local running store and get fitted which will include a gait analysis.

I love smoothies. I have one almost everyday for breakfast. The ones I make keep me full until lunch, don’t have a ton of sugar, and have no added sugar. I have much more energy when I drink smoothies regularly.

Hot sauce and freshly ground pepper.

Make an appointment with an orthopedist.

Yes, I love kombucha. I mainly brew my own.

I prefer not to eat at chains.

Take responsibility for your overeating. Exercise self control. Limit your portion of peanut butter. Try measuring your peanut butter with a food scale or tablespoon. If you can’t limit yourself to a small reasonable portion then follow steps 1 and 2, and stop buying it.

I’ve done quite well with my “worthless” liberal arts degree. I also haven’t used cursive since I had to learn it in 4th grade other than for signatures.

I personally don’t understand the appeal of step trackers like Fitbits and the like. Maybe it’s because I’ve always been active and walk through everywhere, but tracking steps seems kind of pointless to me and doesn’t provide me any motivation. That said, if you run or bike regularly, GPS watches are absolutely all they’re…

Exercising, ceramics, knitting, reading, cooking, and traveling.

2-4 tablespoons of chia seeds or hemp heart seeds.

But aren’t you not following your own advice by assuming that the others in the class where “obviously” trying to top or one up you simply because they looked at you?

Pad kee mao (drunken noodles) is my favorite. Pad Thai is a good choice if you’ve never had Thai food and don’t like spicy. This post has me desperately wanting to go back to Thailand.

Most of my bras have a pocket that fits my phone, which is where I put it except when the weather is cooler. All my jackets fit a phone. Many of my running tights and long sleeve tops also have pockets big enough for a phone. I also have an arm band that I very rarely use.

Get fitted for running shoe. Do a basic routine a couple times per week that includes glute and hip exercise to prevent common injuries. Slow down. All new runners start out way too fast.

Cold brew iced coffee (regular not with coconut milk), cappuccino, or macchiato (not a caramel one). I'd also say regular hot coffee, but Starbucks' hot coffee is gross..

I prefer almond milk.
