I don't know who came up with it but my understanding is that if you drop too much at a time it's not good for your system in the sense that you are depriving your body of the nutrients it requires. I've also noticed from trying this a couple times that the faster I've lost weight the quicker it comes back!

You can get squeeze tubes of herbs that are always good. I always try and keep an Italian mix type on hand or basil is a good one too. @StealthHealth great advice! Especially the part of don't ban any foods. This has to be what keeps me capable of doing this! As soon as you say you can't have something you want it but if you tell yourself you can have it you don't seem to want it as bad!
