Thanks very much. Well done for your own journey! The smallest changes can make a massive difference. Advice - stick to carbs on cardio days and lay off them non cardio days and eat them as early in the day as you can. Weight lifting tips- perhaps try some free weights to engage your core more - around your weight machine…

Thanks, I’d say I lost the bulk of the weight over 14 months and have been toning ever since. The first picture was Jan 2016 and the second is March 2018

Thanks very much I started at 1200 and now I don’t actually calorie count but I’d say I’m on around 1500-2000 doe to the cardio and weight training

Don’t give up. You will start to see results soon enough. Perseverance is the key. It’s probably the toughest thing I have ever done. But now I’m feeling the rewards and boy is it worth the pain and suffering haha Thanks for the support.
