no well my goal is like 2300 or something i did cardio for an hour and a half, only said it was an hour and it changed my calories left to 900 more than normal

yesterday HONESTLY logging hows 1900 calories, but exercise left like 900 to go of my daily goal and water, id say 8 glasses a day, usually every day no more than 10
