My clinic has me on a minimum of 1800 which is a pretty decent portion of calories, and I'm having my first check-in this week. Not a secret eater at all. My emotional go-to was always a few drinks.

I know I'll get sorted out eventually. I haven't really watched my diet closely for 5 years so I'm having trouble getting back into a routine.

Depression gets in the way of a lot of things we want (and need to do). You look a lot younger than I do but I know it's a struggle to just get up somedays. Hang in there......

My professor in Nutritional Medicine said the liver loves to be working - bitter things are good - endive, dandelions, etc in fixin' her up. Also - milk thistle supplement.
