  • There's a $1 coupon for the Laughing Cow Smoked Cheese also http://www.thelaughingcow.ca/smoked-cheese/
  • Not sure how new it is, but I recently discovered Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt. Delish and it's only 70 calories and has 8 grams of protein. Nordica Smooth in Salted Caramel flavour is also delish, tastes like a decadent dessert but is only 110 calories and 10 grams of protein.
  • I actually do this regularly and love it! I add a tablespoon of vanilla protein powder to boost my Quaker Protein Triple Berry Instant Oatmeal.
  • Lately I've been eating Quaker Protein Triple Berry Instant Oatmeal (not sure if that's just a Canadian product?) with a tablespoon of PC vanilla bean whey protein mixed in. Works out to 148 calories, 10 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber and 4 grams of sugar. Quick and easy, tastes delish and healthy!
  • Bumping this thread up again! Last night I did W5D2 and it went really well. My last 3 runs, my husband and daughter (age 9) have run with me, while my boys (ages 7 and 5) bike along. So motivating to have them all with me and unbelievable how easy it is for my 9 year old! We finished at just under 6 min/km. I'm pretty…
  • I'm 5'10", 135lbs and wear a size 6. Even at my lowest weight of 127 I still wore a size 6. I think everyone is built differently, so even though someone else might be able to wear a size 4 at my weight, my hip bones are too wide to ever fit into a 4.
  • W4D2 today! Still trying to figure out how to avoid the right side stitch, but persevering!
  • W3D1 today! It went really well, but I still haven't figured out how to avoid getting a stitch in my right side every time I run! It doesn't seem to matter how slow I go, how I breath, that my stomach is empty besides a bit of water, if my left foot hits the ground as I exhale, it happens every time. Any suggestions? I'm…
  • I just did Week 2 Day 1 today. So far so good! I have never been a runner, so the idea of working towards being able to run 5K is pretty exciting right now.
  • My hair started falling out as a result of not enough calories. I was eating around 1200 a day.
  • I love All-Bran Flakes. Not the most exciting cereal, but you could always add some fruit if you like. I enjoy it plain though. It's low calorie, low sugar, high fiber. It makes me feel like I'm starting my day off right!
