Absolutely. For me, weight loss is a mind game. I'd say it's almost 100% mental. 5'7", 165 lb, US size 12/14. I was 14/16 at my start weight of 185 lb. Yes, 20 lbs lost and I'm still wearing the same pants (though they are looser). Body type is interesting.
