I use the spaghetti squash and zucchini spirals as my main starch with Thai, Mexican, Chinese, Italian. Low calorie, high veggie count and filling. I just substitute the rice or pasta called for in the recipe.

I like to make mini muffins with banana, PB powder, oatmeal and dark chocolate chips. Has a few other ingredients but no added sugar. One is very satisfying for the chocolate crave @ around 100 cal.
