Last month was hard on me for some reason. Goal is 50 miles again. I have a half on the 23rd. Set out to run 10 yesterday and ran 13. Did I mention I hate hills?

Just joining this group. I've been running for about 3 years now. I'm 42 and a mother of 4 (17,17,18,21). I did my first 10k and 1/2 marathon last year and training for my 2nd 1/2 marathon which is in April.
