Day 2 went to the gym and ate a good,breakfast I'm only doing tread mill right now will add weights next week really pushing to go all week Onda day at a time right!

I have never done this before but find myself in need of motivation also I have always wanted to lose weight especially since I hit the 200 mark (209.4 to be exact)......I would be happy to lend a hand!
