Hey all checking in. Not 100% under on my calories but heading in the right direction I think. Shopped last night for good diet friendly foods now I just have to find time to actually cook. ๐ Had a freezer meal that was good today but those get expensive. Starting out is hard, food is my favorite thing ever. I've got 20โฆ

Had a false start with my diet/ got covid. So I'm starting over today. Up 14 pounds from last spring when I think I last weighed. Went to the gym with a friend today and it felt good to workout again... Eating within calories not so much. ๐ working on fighting the good fight. Good luck with your efforts everyone.

Hey ๐ looking to get back into the swing of things and lose a few pounds a month. My boyfriend was good and started right after Christmas. 33 without kids. Will weigh in on Wednesday mornings. My scale currently needs more batteries I don't have.

I weighed in on Wednesday and gained weight. ๐ My dad was in the hospital and now is out and has a million appointments. His house is also a complete mess as well as his finances so there is a lot to do and a lot of eating on the run. I need to make better decisions when I can and not use stress as an excuse to eat a bunchโฆ

I walk for for 30 minutes a minimum of twice a week. I also do yoga once a week and strength train twice a week. April was okay for me. I had a few tough weeks where I wasโฆ

Hi ๐ I'm looking to join up if I can. I was part of another challenge group that ended yesterday. I've lost 35 pounds so far, trying to get under 200 pounds this year and stay there throught the year... then start losing again next year. I've lost weight in the past and then gained back so I really need help forโฆ

Today I'm going for being under calories, veg, fruit, 48oz of water and cleaning my car and kitchen for exercise, and stretching for 10 minutes. Just got filings done so I can't eat anything for like another hour. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
