Wow some really good answers!!! I have to watch the alcohol at family gathers and consider someone has a birthday just about every weekend it can be hard. I know I feel terrible the next day. Have an other one tomorrow, wish me luck :).

I agree with others when they say to make small changes over time. I would pick one thing (like each x serves of vegetables/ day). Do that till it becomes a habit-they say 20+ days. I try to go when there are less people. I find 12pm to 4pm to be good and then after 7pm to close. The weekends after 3pm is good too. That 5pm -7pm is the worse.
