I am fighting my medicines right now. I have been losing and gaining the same 5lbs for the last month. Ugh. I've been tracking my calories and working out but I it still fluctuates.

My goal is 30 minutes for 5 days. I'll be doing so strength training too.

Ok, I had 44 of my 64oz today. Unless you count tea (it's made with water), then I surpassed my goal!

Ok, I bought a scale and it says I'm at 171, not 158. Can I get that changed on the spreadsheet?

I keep getting the message that I''m not eating enough. Ugh, this part is hard. Weekly food prep tomorrow (usually done on Sunday). That way I'll have plenty to eat for the week.

I'm ready. I just don't have a scale. I know I was somewhere around 160-180 last time I checked. My mom has a scale but it's never right.

Before I found this group I was thinking of a workout a meal. But I think that will be a little much for me. I like the steps walked idea. I read somewhere that walking is a great fat burner.

Just joined the group today. I'm in for 80 oz. I stopped drinking sodas a few months ago so this should be easy for me. I'll post again later how much I drink!
