OP you do need to be in better shape to succeed at your career one thing that bugs me about the hospital is staff taking the elevator 1 floor instead of the stairs.. how about starting there... my spouse is a Dr and take the stairs all the time it's a small thing but way to get some exercise

don't feel foolish, everyone in every class had to start somewhere. A good teacher will never make you feel foolish I agree that taking at least one class will help you to know how to do the poses correctly b/c they need to be done that way.

I use roasted cauliflower instead of macaroni, no need for FF cheese or other substitutes. Roast the cauliflower and let it cool. Make a basic bechamel with 3 tablespoons of butter/flour Add 1 cup of warm milk to it and stir until it thickens, take off the heat and add about 3/4 cup of cheese. Can be any type you like.…

I roasted cauliflower and use that instead of the macaroni. User milk, butter and cheese for taste and it will be very good. IMO don't need fake cheese or other use the real thing.

Try sauteing the big bag of spinach with garlic it will last longer than leaving it raw and you can do a lot of things with it other than salads ;)

we love ours, really gives you an idea of how much activity vs calorie intake counts if you like tech toys like me, its even more fun there are others, i actually like the Fitbit One because it is hidden and won't clash with jewelry. Only drawback doesn't' play nice with Apple Health
