5:2 is fasting 2 full days out of 5, I believe, not sure if they have to be back to back.

If I don't have BPC, I have a hard time lasting until noon, and if I do, its with a cranky headache. Once I added great lakes gelatin into my BPC, (my protein levels get low) but I think that broke the fast, at least it physical felt like it.

I'm doing a LCHF with intermittent fasting, had great results with it last winter, but got derailed by holidays. I have an open diary. Feel free to add me any other keto'ers.

Day 1 for me as well! I lost a chunk of weight last year on keto, and felt great while on it, so long as I drank enough electrolyte water. What are your fat/protein/carb goals?
