went out on the water this past weekend. did 6 miles of kayaking in 2 days. gong to try to go farther this weekend. need to built up stamina and strenth befor i take it out fishing.

Hi y'all. My family and i like to camp (when it not too hot) and we do some bank fishing. I just got a kayak for father’s day and am practicing with it can’t wait to get stable enough on it to do some kayak fishing.

i picked my weight goal off of my weight when i was 20 and was able to run/jog a 5 k without prepping for it. this is my initial number. once i get close to it i ma adjust it up or down a bit.
