  • I like the idea of Inspirational quotes. I'll check out Pinterest and wrie the ones down that speak to me. I will try to look at them when I'm feeling defeated to help self motivate. That is my biggest downfall, self doubt. I'm down almost 24 pounds in all. Hoping to keep momentum going!

  • Toss it all. Anything considered a sweet, get rid of it. Don't make excuses to save them around the house. Make your household cut out sweets. And vow not to bring any back into the house. Substitute valentine gifts with non food presents and other holidays too. Let your loved ones know so they can support you.
