I was a runner for 3 years with minimal lifting and have switched to primarily lifting in the last year. I've seen dramatic changes. For one I now have a butt and abs which were nearly impossible for me to achieve with solely running. Also I can run way faster since I started lifting. I lift 6 x a week and run 3 miles 4x a…

What are you goals? To lose weight or to build muscle? I would recommend doing cardio after rather than before you lift. Although is really only a preference, most like to do it after as they're usually pretty exhausted after cardio and their form for lifting may not be on point.

Building a butt is one of the lengthiest processes of body building. It took me 6 months of glute work to finally see results. I went months without noticing any change, then took a deload week and immediately saw changes when returning to my routine - they've been coming steady ever since. Be patient. Women think…

I have a condition called RBF (Resting B!tch Face) - combined with RGF (Resting Gym Face) this makes me extremely unapproachable at the gym. I do try though.

I don't log my beer. I count them as freebies since I never remember drinking them. It's like it never happened.

As long as you're eating at a surplus you will see gains.

I play beer pong in my bikini. Does that count?

I would just comment with a pic of me in a bikini stuffing my face with Pizza.

Your quickest way to lose the 10 lbs is cardio and a deficit. I would add some lifting in there too to maintain whatever muscle you do have. If you want to build muscle I would suggest little to no cardio and eat at a surplus.

The "secret" honestly is that you WILL fail some days, maybe many, but success is determined by how you deal with that failure.…

You're not going to see a lot of difference, if any, in just one month.

So you want to hit 120 lbs, but you say you're not super concerned with your actual weight? So what are your goals with weightlifting? To lose pounds or to gain muscle? You can't do both at the same time (unfortunately).

We all have jobs, kids, school (responsibilities) so no sympathy here. If you want to go you will, if you don't you will find an excuse. ETA: No - working out on the weekends isn't enough. Maybe for your goals, but certainly not for mine.
