Okay ..I have lost 12 lbs!....which means I can loose 12 more...mfp has been an awesome help since it keeps me aware and exacting on just what I have consumed...I know we can be very successful...a great book also is BODY FOR LIFE by Bill Phillips.. good luck! Keep me posted!

I just started this and still getting used to the app....so far I am exceeding my weekly goal so I am real happy....lifting weights helps since muscles burn more calories and for many hours after lifting weights
