I find the calories burned from exercise so inaccurate I find it easier not to log so I am not tempted to eat them back, especially if it's given me more than I actually burned. I am within a few ounces of you and have set similar goals. I know there will be some plateaus and stalls but hoping it will all even out in the end. I will enter ingredients manually into the recipe builder and then enter how many servings that salad made so it calculates nutrients/calories per serving

Thanks. I am changing the ingredients so they all match just the calories end up being way off and I'm not sure which is accurate. For now I have just been going with the higher of two to be safe.

Lipton makes a green tea that has a mint flavour. I quite like it. I don't mind green tea but by no means do I love it, I find the mint makes it a bit better. I have 2-3 cups a day but have only started it recently so can't really say. It's a nice break from water though!
