  • For breakfast I use two really thin pieces of ham Put them in the bottom of a small bowl so they make a cup shape. Crack one egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.   • I just use a low carbs tortilla she'll for pizzas and my whole family will eat them. I also really like zucchini steamed or cooked in garlic infused olive oil with some Italian seasoning. I use it instead of noodles with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
