  • I agree 100% it is so easy to encourage loved ones and others to love themselves. When it comes to our own self image, we don't see what others see, instead we look for faults. I am a victim of my own mind, as I am sure that many of you are as well. I am trying to find things about my self that I like and focusing on those…
  • I agree with kale...I also gained in the beginning due to muscle gain. Don't worry it will come off but I would stick to eating at least 1200 cal. I put myself on 1000 calories a day for too long and it did more bad then good. Still coming back from it. Just keep it up, if you aren't eating pizza and cookies with beer…
  • I found personally that my body is on a natural IF schedule. When I started eating "right" I gained an excess of 20 lbs. When I listened to my body and found that I am only truly hungry in the evening after work. I eat reasonably until I am no longer hungry and repeat the following day. It comes naturally for me.
  • I personally started with an exercise ball between my back and a wall. It helps support your torso down and back up without worrying to much about ruining form. Just a suggestion of course. Now I can go to the floor, and back up without assistance.
  • Hair or no hair, that is the question. Lol I personally don't care if its long, short, shaved or non existent. I'm attracted to personality rather than just looks. And yes that goes for bellys too. Put it this way, if I can look at you all day but hate to hear you speak that's a HUGE turn off.
  • Its a beach body work out with Shawn T love to hate this guy. I'm enjoying it though
  • Happy Monday! I did 25 weighted squats. Day 1 done
  • Truth be told, I hate squats and lunges. My balance is terrible and spend most of my effort trying not to fall over. I am hoping that the more I do the more I will appreciate them. I'm looking forward to March and the new challenges
  • Hello all :) I'm still getting the hang of checking in. Everyone sounds good and motivated. I made it to the gym today and started T25 on Monday... Long story short is I barely made it through but pushed to finish. Every little step will eventually take you a mile! Keep up the great work
  • OK. That makes it a whole lot less confusing! Thank You
  • I'm confused as to what I should be using as a protein \ meal replacement post workout. With so many things on the market, I am lost! I'm not looking for bulk but I want to build up muscle and burn fat. I don't eat much throughout the day and I know its hurting my results. I just want a good solid shake that gets it all…
  • I started today as well. I thought I was going to die, I modified when I couldn't keep up, and even stopped a few times but I finished! Onwards and upwards! Please fell free to add me, I'm always happy to make new supportive friends
  • Love this! Thanks for the video :)
  • I need some advice on my workout schedule. I started working with a trainer who is 15yrs a bit younger than me. He gave me a list of things to do on my own, worked me through it, and sent me on my way. Today I am stumped as to what I can do next since he kicked my assets yesterday and every major muscle group is screaming…
  • Did a crazy workout today! Lots of weight and ridiculous cardio...legs are rubber but I know I left the gym doing everything I could.
  • Hello to everyone! My name is Mandy, I'm 34 and have two wonderful boys. After my birthday I noticed that I started gaining weight until I reached a weight that I hadn't seen since after I had my youngest who is now 11. I went through denial, anger, and now I'm ready to kick my butt back into shape and make lifestyle…
  • Please add me as well. I'm in!
