I dread running or cardio equipment. I found love in zumba! It's like a mixture of Latin dancing and aerobics! I have a blast working out! Maybe you could try that!!! Now if I can just make better habits with eating

I weigh the same and would like to lose 30 lbs before my 30th in November! My working out is fine, but it's the eats that I'm terrible at! I'm hoping to be better by using this! Would love some friends for motivation and support!!
