Weighed today, down 5.8 since the first of the year!!! I don't see it in my clothes yet but I see it on the scale and that is good enough for me!!!

I have been good about eating...it's the exercise that's getting me. I just joined and think I will get up tomorrow and get at it.....you are right, reading others comments and goals makes me more motivated! Thanks!!!

I would love to join y'all! The 19th is our anniversary...I would love to be down 10 by then. I'm trying to reduce carbs, down about 4 lbs in three weeks!
