I add green onion to scrambled eggs. Yum! If I'm just eating egg whites, I cook them up flat like a tortilla then roll it up an eat it as fast as possible.

Try Latino markets. You can usually get the pouches that are hanging up for super cheap.

Pleased to meet you! I'm an overweight certified fitness instructor and certified personal trainer. I taught up until an injury kept me off the stage about a year ago, in all my chubby glory. Hey there. Haven't been back for a while since someone was a little snooty to me but I see they haven't reposted and everyone else was so lovely. We had a couple of weeks with sick kids then sick me so no exercise and a little stress eating, but Lent for me back on track.

The more exercise you do, the more fit you'll be. If you incorporate weight-bearing exercise into your routine, you'll have less body fat and more lean muscle mass in your body.
