I'm currently loving Birds Eye Waffles for breakfast with a little Maple syrup and fresh fruit (usually strawberries and raspberries).

What bought me here .... good question. I will be 50 in April and I am currently looking after my 18 month old grandson full time so I need all the energy I can muster. After trying various ways of losing weight and nothing working I finally had a "light bulb" moment that I didn't need to be paying £12 a month online…

I soak my porridge oats overnight with almond milk. I find that I don't need to add anything to sweeten it as the almond milk gives it a sweetness :)
