  • Also a rice cake with one tbs of almond butter plus some cinnamon on top
  • 2 tbs of hummus with chopped cucumber for dipping; fat free plain yoghurt sweetened with stevia plus 0.5 cups of chopped blackberries, raspberries and blueberries plus cinnamon (u can add some grinded almonds to it too); 1 slice of 7 grain ezequiel bread with 1 oz of Swiss cheese... Or just some nuts :)
  • Hi! I love 0.5 cups of quick Oats, with 8 grinded unsalted almonds, some blueberries, a lot of cinnamon, and 1 cup of breeze vanilla almond milk. It's really really good :)
