  • Unfortunately, this is a lifestyle change and changing doesn't happen as fast as we want. I had a doctor once tell me that it will take at least twice as long to lose it as it did to gain it. Which may not actually be accurate or true but at least it sets up the expectation that this is gonna take awhile.

  • I've been on it for awhile and no issues. I would be concerned about getting so much soy in my diet for a long time but I used consistently for 3 months last year and then sporadic for a few months. I'm just now getting back on.
