I'm 5'5", started at 185 in January, and am currently at 163. I really only track calories and don't exercise much, so for that I'm very happy with the results so far. GW 140!

Binging on carrots and crunchy veggies helped me a loT because I realized I wasn't actually hungry, I just needed to crunch something.

Just completed my first month, and lost 7lbs, which I'm very happy with. I've mostly just been cutting my portions in half and binging on veggies and smoothies instead of junk :)
