Will up sodium (my electrolytes are prob in the toilet from barfing 10+ times daily) and debating on getting glucose tabs. Also calling family doc in am to get myself checked. Its all in your head. Get out of your kitchen n drink a gallon of water. Chew gum. Take a walk. The only thing wrong is that you keep shoving food down your gullet. Letting food control you.
