I would add you as a friend but have no idea how to do that. I too want to lose roughly 50 pounds this year. I'm not as sure of myself to risk putting myself out there as you have, but in 2015 I lost about 40 pounds so I hope I can continue to slowly work toward my goal. Being so far from family takes an emotional toll.…
