I do get fats from nuts and oil and meat too not just dairy. I just have bought alot of low fat or ff dairy products because i thought i should be eating less fat. i see now that good fats in moderation are helpful

i just recently found 0% plain greek yogurt and 2 flavours but its limited.

I am the same height and was eating 1200 a day but if i exercised i would eat a little more. however after the first cpl pounds it stopped and I was tired all the time. i talked to a bunch of people on here and decided to change my cal intake to 1530 and i am eating about 1300-1400 cals a day and feel good plus I'm losing…

My first NSV... it's a yay but gross at the same time. I figured out where the lbs have come off from, my lower tummy. the skin is looser *gross*. please tell me strength training will help tone the skin. i have had 2 kids, last one a c section.

How's the weather where you are? Ontario weather is bipolar... This weekend all our snow has been melting causing ice to come crashing down due to the rise in temp. I wonder if we will get more snow this week lol

oh man this stuff is horrible to get down lol.... It has pea protein and brown rice protein plus some greens blend and superfruit blend. it's specific to women so it has vitamins. I need to find something else to try next lol luckily I didn't buy the bottle at $80 a pop.

I have been single for 5yrs now if u count last long term, or 2yrs since I dated anyone. Sometimes I miss having someone but I am focused on myself right now so it doesn't bother me as much. Plus I have kids so I'm never really lonely lol

I only started a few weeks ago but my main focus is eating lots of veggies and fruits, having protein at each meal, cutting down sugar and salt, less carbs, eating healthy fats and trying to get enough fiber. i was stressed about my macros but i think focusing on eating better while staying in my calorie goals is better…
