see in most of the PT cases they have never been heavy. they have ate healthy and have been in pretty good shape. i think i only saw one that had been overweight in the past. they have views in the beg that its not hard to loose weight, just eat better and move. for some that have alot to loose it is difficult. only when…

I have sleep apnea and i am also not that compliant with wearing the mask every night. I do agree with a few others that when I haven't used my mask and had a crappy sleep i have a hard time making good fooe choices and sometimes have a nap or doze off on the couch. when I do use it (last night) i do ok with my food…

yeah watching them eat all those yummy bad foods makes me hungry but looking at what it does to the PTs body is gross and a turn off.

Fellow Canadian born and raised. Living in southern Ontario (Dufferin area). Not a hockey fan but love my timmies steeped tea. It was a gorgeous weekend here and the snow melted however forecast says we are getting a dump of snow late night into tomorrow morning. good for those snow birds out there. ;) feel free to add me.

I have some sugar in my morning tea and it hasnt affected me too much. if i have something like cake or pie then the rest of the day i crave more. I have reduced my carbs which helps. if it's that time of the month i crave it anyhow no matter what i do lol

2. my potassium is under half of what it wants me to have. low 3. i never get the poly or mono fats and sometimes meet saturated 4. my carbohydrates are a bit over or a bit under it 5. protein i am still under mostly so i could add a powder my goal is to loose weight so what should i be most concerned about. thanks

I was told u shouldn't stretch before working out cuz your muscles are cold. I was told to warm up by doing 10min of cardio then do the weight machines then i could stretch or do more cardio then stretch. is that wrong? thanks

well it isn't spasming anymore and I'm almost done the inflammatories. Just wondered if anyone else had muscle spasming and how they got back into working out again.

it's interesting to see the difference in clothing sizes. I'm 5'2" and at my heaviest i was over 200lbs and a size 20/22. currently in a size 16 and 178lbs.
