I like sweet stuff too, but I try to limit myself one dessert a few times a week and within my daily caloric and nutrition goals. But it's fine to have desserts as long as it fits within your daily caloric and nutrition goals. Balance is key!

I like watching anime and Japanese fashion (lolita, gyaru, etc were one of my main reasons to lose weight), not so much cosplay- I do play video games, mostly WoW and sometimes Dark Souls 3 and Destiny on the PS4. c:

My "mini" goal is to actually get to my goal weight of 100 lbs- just 6 more pounds to go!

I love it better than my Ninja, I've made so many soups and smoothies with it, it's great~ Broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite to make in it because it's simple and fast.

I always hated it when my parents and grandma pressured me about my weight, I had always been overweight my entire life until now. I hated that I looked bloated from every angle when I looked in the mirror, double chin, inner thighs being chaffed, lack of self-esteem, and I just basically hated my entire being when I was…

I had the same problem, only I gained 20 pounds when my husband and I started dating/got married, but managed to lose 45 pounds and kept it off. Just eat smaller, healthier portions and don't worry about what he eats. I used to eat as much as my husband and ate whatever, that's how I gained all that weight. Just do you c:

Together for 4 years, married almost 3 years in November. :D No kids as we're still deciding if we should have them while my hubby's still in the Navy or wait til he retires, or even at all- I honestly don't like children, but that's mostly just other people's kids. Opinion might change if we have our own, but everyone we…

SW: 161 lbs CW: 106 lbs GW: 100 lbs lost and gained weight over the past 5 years, but was able to lose 75 lbs total- managed to keep it all off this time. almost there! >.<

5'1'', 106 lbs (heaviest was 161 lbs), and also pear shaped. I carry most of my weight on my hips but not so much on my thighs anymore as that was where I lost the most weight besides my belly. As someone said earlier, there's no such thing as spot reducing, just lose overall weight. Keep eating a healthy diet and exercise…

Online? A lot. IRL? Not at all, I don't go anywhere without my husband. c:

I've had no support from anyone whatsoever during my weight loss journey, not even my husband was supportive and still isn't to this day (he doesn't really care as he doesn't see it as his problem, lol). It doesn't bother me at all though because I feel like I'm strong enough and have the conviction to do it all on my own…

I used to think that way with V8 juice and drank it all the time, since it says something like "all your daily fruits and veggies needed!" Turns out I looked at the nutrition facts once I started to lose weight that it has a crap-load of sugar in it.

I replaced soda with water and hot green or black tea (tea bags only, not the bottled/canned tea- those have, if not, as much sugar as soda) with stevia or a small spoonful of honey. I like sweet drinks too, so tea helped curb the craving for me. Now I can't stand soda. :(

Mamegomas have taken over my life.

5'1'' (small frame) 107 lbs. 24 inch waist Pants: size 0/2 (US) Tops: size x-small/small Dress: size 0/2 I normally wear Asian clothing since they tend to fit me a lot better than Western clothes- they tend to run a bit big on me most of the time. :c

I make organic steel cut oats (Bob's Red Mill) and I add raspberries and blackberries. After reading some of the previous posts, I'll probably add some banana slices as well!

I've had asthma for as long as I can remember, though it's gotten better over the years (save for animal hair/dander allergies and pollen season) with exercise, especially cardio. My doc recommended that I do cardio exercises to strengthen my airways and it's definitely helped. I used to not be able to run a mile without…

I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety 12 years ago and was put on medication until two years ago I stopped cold turkey. There are times when I just don't feel like doing anything and just sleep all day or I worry about gaining weight whenever I step on the scale- I used to get panic attacks a lot when I was younger…

It's ok to have some treats while on vacation but try to remember to make healthy choices as well! When I was on vacation in Alabama visiting my in-laws, I was still able to cook the regular healthy meals I ate but of course, ate out at restaurants more than usual. What I did was order something that was at least healthier…

When I used to drink coffee, I used to just drink it black- before that, I used to add a lot of creamer, half & half, whatever made it taste creamier and rich... Then I tried hot green tea with a little honey and never looked back, lol.

Everyone looks great! Please keep going! As for me, I'm still in my in between, but not for long ;D My starting weight was 161 lbs, now I am 107 lbs- goal weight being 100 lbs (height reference, I am 5'1'' with a small frame). It's great to be able to wear size 0/2 pants, but I tried on this skirt and it's actually too big…
