Japanese strawberry shortcake and 7-Up pound cake are the only cakes I like- don't like any other cakes or pies. :c

I used to drink soda daily but stopped cold turkey when I decided to lose weight. I really like sweet drinks so I substituted it for green and black tea- sometimes I would have it with a spoonful of honey :D I can't even drink soda now since the carbonation gives me bloating and it just gives me a stomach ache.

Sweets and breads are my weaknesses... :( and it doesn't help when the Japanese does American fast food way better than Americans do American fast food. xD

Yes, as long as it fits my calorie goal and macros; however, I cut down on fast food and sit down restaurants drastically and cut out soda and fruit juices entirely.

I'm also 5'1'' and ate around 1200 cals. Got down from 151 lbs to 100. Took about 2 years, but tbh I wasn't super trying hard and that's why I lost weight slowly.

I just ate at my daily calories, which is 1200- cut out soda, cut down drastically on fast food (1 time a month), and ate more chicken breasts and fish + veggies and drank green tea to replace soda. Being patient is key. I'm on my last 8 lbs (again after gaining 10 lol) and when I was losing the last 10 lbs the first time, I didn't really change anything except exercising a bit more. Didn't change how I ate and I was able to reach my goal weight.

Every year. I lose my appetite when it's hot and humid, even with all the delicious BBQ food going on. Just made it easier for me to lose weight when I lived on Guam since it's summer all year round lmao

I went from a jean size 12, shirt size M/L to jean size 2/0, shirt size S/XS- the difference for me when I went down a size was about 10 lbs. Asian clothing fits better on me than Western clothing since most of the time they run big on me. :( plus i find that japanese clothing is way cuter than western clothes lol
