^^^ My 11 year collage .. Down 135 total and 100+ inches over all...
^^^ after recommitting at the end of September last year to daily fitness again and getting back into the swing of things.
So Jan- Mar after committing to and completing Insanity Max 30, 60 day calendar and backing with with 20/40/40 (carb/fat/protein) macros. (IM30 alone was 12.5 lbs and 7.75 inches in 60 days).
Now I'm finishing up P90x3 and then going into full maintenance, done with the 'losing' side of this lifestyle.
I love it how in each photo you are thinner, the smile got bigger. :-) Amazing accomplishment!

This just reminded me that they closed the Cinnabon at my mall.
They're going out of business, I think. Luckily you can get cinnabon delights from certain Taco Bells0 -

Thank you! Are you going to have to change your username?
Probably not, I still love cinnabon delights even though I can't find them anymore lol

Well sorry. Always trying to sculp my physique into something more symmetrical, lean, and somewhat cartoonish (v-taper).
I happen to think the serratus and intercostals and detailed lines look beautiful/aesthetic, but not everyone has the same opinion/eyes3 -

Well now I'm sorry that I added my vote for #1 particularly since, as a woman trying to add muscle, I have massive appreciation for the amount of hard work and dedication it took to achieve the physique in the later pics. But it's probably more of an ultimate ideal since realistically it's a very very small percentage of the male population who look like that. :flowerforyou:
